Refund information
All payments made to semua.io are final. Once a subscription, plan, add-on, or other paid service is successfully processed, it is non-refundable, whether or not every included feature has been used.
Please review your plan, billing cycle, and payment details before paying. You are responsible for confirming that the selected semua.io plan is suitable for your business needs before a charge is processed.
If you need billing help or believe a payment was made in error, contact semua.io support as soon as possible. We can help clarify your account and billing details, but submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
